The Senior Manager, CRM Marketing Data will play an integral role in driving our omni-channel marketing strategy through strong quantitative analytic skills applied through our Salesforce CRM and website analytics platforms.  This person will be partner closely with our Marketing and Merchandising teams to provide data analysis and strategic insights to enhance the personalization and effectiveness of our marketing by uncovering trends and making data-driven recommendations that will drive business decisions and increase the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the CRM and website analytics platforms, in conjunction with other reporting and dashboards, to identify the story in the data and communicate those insights and opportunities to internal stakeholders. 
  • Analyze data to spot trends or assess the response to different campaigns and find correlations between different types of data.
  • Present data findings to cross-functional team, including users and management, ensuring that complex data is communicated in comprehensible ways.
  • Make data-based recommendations on relationship strategies for different categories of customers or for individual customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver marketing campaign reporting which encompass performance of omni-channel sales (website and store).  
  • Analyze, identify and correct data or reporting issues.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years in Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and data visualization experience.
  • Experience working within a CRM platform, Salesforce preferred. 
  • Experience with Google Suite of analytics including (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to think strategically with the ability to take initiative and set priorities while working independently as well as collaboratively. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and generate new approaches to reporting
  • Retail business background preferred.
  • CWA certification a plus.
