Partnering closely with Digital Marketing, Creative and Merchandising, the Marketing Digital Analyst will monitor our digital journey, uncovering trends and making recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of all digital programs including (and its international counterparts, Ethan Allen Amazon), email, paid & organic search, shopping, display, social media and other evolving channels. Candidate will capture data needed to drive business decisions, implement and maintain optimization programs, provide strategic and tactical optimizations, and evangelize data-driven methodologies that improve our customer experience.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years in Ecommerce, Omnichannel, and data visualization experience.
  • Retail business background preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years with Web Analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently with direction, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and generate new approaches to reporting
  • CWA certification a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, DMP with Salesforce CCAC experience a plus.
