We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician Level II.  This person will be responsible for upgrading Windows 7 PC’s to Windows 10.  Must have experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment in an accurate and timely manner both in person, by phone or through email. 

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of five (5) years’ of desktop support experience.  
  • Hardware/Software Requirements: Working knowledge of Desktop O/S; MAC's, VPN; Virus Protection; and Basic Network.  Windows 10 knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with and updating a ticketing system; strong documentation skills required. 
  • Strong verbal and written communications abilities are required.
  • Occasional lifting of heavy equipment (printers, large flat screen displays, etc.).
