To assist the warehouse manager in the day to day functions of the Service Center operations while working with and leading warehouse employees in the completion of daily tasks.


  • In charge of warehouse in managers absence.
  • In charge of completing receiving, storing and locating of furniture/accessories by warehouse employees.
  • Receive and locate furniture into locations, using barcode scanning.
  • Ensure safe handling of product while taking inbounds, pulling for deliveries or putting product away from Rescheduled deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and notify warehouse manager of any safety issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Assist with cycle counts on a quarterly basis.
  • May be required to open and close theServiceCenter.
  • Assist in overseeing the outbound delivery dock operation.
  • Assist in the pulling of product for Home deliveries as well as working to un-carton furniture.


Job Requirements



High school graduate


One (1) to three (3) years in warehouse distribution environment.  Prior management experience preferred.


Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.  Ability to take direction and follow through on projects. Requires good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to operate a lift truck. Ability to operate a computer and computer barcode system.Holiday, evening and weekend work may be required.
