Job Description

Ability to sort and load dishwashing machines as well as hand wash dishes, glassware, pots and pans and serving dishes.
Ability to conduct heavy cleaning of kitchen equipment, stoves, ovens and other equipment.
Ability to work with Chef and Banquet Captains for China glass and silver pulls.
Ability to to push wheeled glass racks weighing approximately 60 pounds.
Ability to lift and empty garbage cans weighing approximately 85 pounds with assistance from another employee.
Ability to mop and sweep kitchen floors in work area.
Assists others with the storage of produce in refrigerators.
Assists others in the movement of equipment, tables and chairs.
