Assistant Operations Administrator | Client Services Specialist


GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Acts as a first point of contact for clients in the fast-paced King of Prussia Design Center.  This role assists with many key aspects necessary to run the daily administrative operations function of the business.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partners with Design Center Manager to support the design team with all the tasks necessary to achieve the goals of the team, including inventory control, accounts payable processing, delivery scheduling, reporting, sales processing and customer service.

  • Provides coverage for front desk, including greeting guests, maintaining design team rotation, as well as checking in and scheduling client appointments.

  • Work cooperatively with Visual Merchandiser in maintaining a neat and orderly Design Studio projection.

  • Reviews and controls open order, inventory reports, and workroom logs. Communicate to design teams as needed.

  • Researches Warranty and Customer Service inquiries by contacting factories and internal departments.

  • Contributes ideas and suggestions that will improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Maintaining store supplies. Coordinate ordering/purchasing of light bulbs, stationary, cleaning supplies, forms, etc.
  • Assist with cycle counts/inventory control.

  • Perform any other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of two years business or office experience.

Other Requirements

Strong organizational, verbal and basic computer skills. Ability to work with others in a team setting. Positive attitude and high energy.
Must be able to work some holidays, and occasional weekends.
