Position Summary

Support 3D & data-driven projects to improve product data and visualization quality. Maintain resource library – both material and digital.  Assist team members in meeting deadlines and aggregate data needed for multiple digital projects.  Communicate daily with team members to keep projects on schedule. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all product reference files within Kraken 3D Asset management system.
  • 3D product model QA for assigned product categories across all visualization platforms including AR, 360 view, VR & 3D floor planner tools.
  • Create jobs & collections within Kraken system for all new and outstanding projects.
  • Communicate deadlines, target dates, and priorities to the team.
  • Manage lifecycle of 3D models for assigned categories on all visualization platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally to curate best possible resources for 3D team, including material samples & photography.
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop tools to enhance PIM, DAM and 3D visualization tools
  • Must work overtime as needed.

Work relations:

Internal:  Photo Studio, Merchandising, Customer Service, Product Development, IT, Digital, Store Planning

External:  Domestic & Import Manufacturing, Technical Project Leads.

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a creative product-oriented environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Excellent observational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to create detailed corrective feedback documents using Publisher, Acrobat and or Photoshop.
  • Good listening skills with excellent oral and written communication skills also required. Must be able to interact with various levels within the organization.
